Google sign-in
We use Google to verify your identity. We receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, verification status and profile picture. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or other Google content.
Accounts and sessions
We store your account and session records in a Supabase PostgreSQL database and run the site on Vercel. Session records can include your IP address and browser information. Essential cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days and protect the sign-in process. Google’s own privacy policy applies on its sign-in pages.
Email updates
Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing or story-update emails. We retain previously submitted email signup records separately; signing in does not change those preferences. To remove an earlier signup, contact us.
Analytics and feedback
Google Analytics loads only when you accept analytics. See cookie information to manage that choice. Feedback you submit is saved privately with the story’s language and level.
Access and deletion
Account records remain while your account is active. You can sign out at any time. To request a copy or deletion of your account, feedback or earlier signup records, email ben@outstride.co. We may ask you to verify ownership first.
